Good morning. I booked a car online.

empleada

Great. What name is the booking under?

I'm here to pick up my rental car.

Sure. Can I see your license and passport?

Do I need to inspect the car first?

Yes. Please check the condition and report any damage before leaving.

There's a scratch on the back door.

Let me note it and take a photo.

Does the tank come full?

Full, and it comes back full.

Understood. Where do I return it?

Same spot, level two.
